Definitions The term "pinsites" shall represent the SaaS website pinsites.in, and all the services, data and software utilities provided by them. The word "you" represents the user who is utilizing these services.

Usage rights All work/data produced by you using Pinsites must strictly agree to the conditions laid out by the IT Act of 2000, India and its revisions and amendments. Please take a good look at what constitutes illegal activities in India and ensure that you do NOT do any such activities using our systems. Apart from that; the user is free to use Pinsites for any contents. If you violate any one else's copyrights and/or violate the conditions of the aforesaid IT Act, we will report you to the Indian legal authorities.

Furthermore, you must also agree to the terms and conditions of usage of external services and software programs that are called by Pinsites.

Disclaimer All our services, systems and solutions arise out of the best possible effort and a lot of empathy for our users. We take a lot of caution and diligence when designing these services, systems and solutions. We do not make any claim that they are completely fit for your use. Your experience can vary. It depends on you, your context and several other conditions which we can never be in control of. Hence we offer no guarantees or warrantees or redressal. We also do NOT accept any liability for any damage; real or imagined, that may happen.

No refunds We do not offer refunds for purchases made by you from our payment gateway.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limen Leap Labs Private Limited (India), its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

TOS of other services Apart from these terms of service, you would also need to agree to the terms of service and license conditions, of the services our utilities in Pinsites connects to. We have no control over those legal documents and hence you should follow up on those separately and with full understanding.
